Acceptance of applications, requests, statements, corrections, and certificates

Documents (applications, requests, statements, corrections, and certificates) may be submitted to the Hungarian Patent Office in person or by mail.

Acceptance of applications to be forwarded to international organisations

The Hungarian Patent Office forwards PCT applications, European patent applications, Community trademark and Community design applications to the relevant international organisations, on payment of fees. Applications are accepted both in person and by mail.
