Official journal of the Hungarian Patent Office

In compliance with Article 13(1) of Act XC of 2005 on the freedom of electronic information, the official journal of the Hungarian Patent Office, the Gazette of Patents and Trademarks is accessible free of charge, in authentic, electronic form and PDF format, on the web page of the Office as from January 2006.
From 1 January 2008 on, the National and International trademark columns of the Gazette of Patents and Trademarks appear twice a month. A test of producing the Gazette in electronic form by a new, automatic method has been completed; therefore, from July 2010 our users can access the Gazette of Patents and Trademarks in a renewed format on our web page. As a result of automatic creation of data the time of producing the Gazette has become much shorter, the consistency of the data content has significantly increased.

The data content of the Gazette of Patents and Trademarks has not been changed but it is accessible for the users on the website of the Hungarian Patent Office in an edition of one galley making the overview and search easier, still in PDF format, and certified by electronic signature. The frequency of appearance is unchanged, therefore the National and International trademark columns of the Gazette of Patents and Trademarks keep on appearing twice a month.
