Gazette of Patents and Trademarks Official journal of the Hungarian Patent Office In compliance with Article 13(1) of Act XC of 2005 on the freedom of electronic information, the official journal of the Hungarian Patent Office, the Gazette of Patents and Trademarks will be accessible free of charge, in authentic, electronic form and PDF format, on the homepage of the Office as from January 2006. From 1 January 2008 on, the National and International trademark columns of the Gazette of Patents and Trademarks appear twice a month. We continue to build our gazette database twice a month, in an unchanged structure and with unchanged search possibilities and will make it available to our users free of charge.
